On Friday the Louisiana National Guard Armory in Lafayette presented Vermilion Hospital with an award showing their appreciation for the services they provide to the National Guardsmen and women.
Vermilion Hospital shows their appreciation for soldiers through their military program flags which stands for forgiving losses and gaining strength. The hospital also helps military men and women get their lives back in order after deployments and traumatic events. They offer treatment to help them learn new, healthy ways of managing their lives and coping with the circumstances that they face.
