The FY2013 Defense Budget could be very ugly. If the rumors are true, the Pentagon will be zeroing in on cutting a significant number of National Guard programs (TRICARE, retirement pay, Counterdrug, State Partnership, etc), and retiring lots of ANG planes to help pay for new aircraft we can only assume they intend to base at active duty locations.
